​​What the Adult Survivorship Program Offers 

The Dana-Farber Adult Survivorship Program provides comprehensive survivorship care for all DFCI patients who have completed active cancer treatment.

Navigating through the issues surrounding cancer treatment and recovery can be difficult.  The Adult Survivorship Program has brought together medical and psycho-social experts to provide professional guidance and services for issues that cancer patients face during and after their treatment, including:
 
Medical Issues:
·      Cardiovascular disease
·      Decreased physical activity
·      Endocrine problems, including osteoporosis
·      Fatigue
·      Future cancer risk and screening
·      Fertility counseling related to your cancer treatment(s)
·      Kidney problems
·      Tobacco Cessation
·      Side effects of your cancer treatment
 
Emotional and Social Issues:
·      Mental Health problems
·      Sexual health problems
·      Sleep disorders
