Overview of Clinical Services Offered by The Adult Survivorship Program

Adult Survivorship Clinic Dana-Farber: Longwood
Core Survivorship Care
Abby Ciampa, NP
Mary McKenney, NP
Laura Garber, PA
Larissa Nekhlyudov, MD, MPH
Cari Ryding, RN
Our core team of NPs, a PA and Physician provide comprehensive initial and ongoing survivorship care when you have completed your cancer treatments. Check out our what to expect section for details on what to expect in your first survivorship visit. Our core providers as well as our sub-specialists see patients in the Yawkey building 5th and 6th floor clinics.

Nurse Navigator: Cari helps to welcome patients to their initial Survivorship visit, explain and teach patients regarding Survivorship care and services. She also provides additional support for our Survivorship sub-specialist providers.
Chestnut Hill
Core Adult Survivorship Care: Chestnut Hill
The recently opened Dana-Farber clinics at the Chestnut Hill site are also an option for our survivorship patients.
Abigail Ciampa, NP holds in-person clinics several days each week.
COVID19 & Virtual Visits
During the COVID19 Pandemic, both our core and specialty providers shifted much of their clinical care to virtual visits. We will continue to offer virtual visits going forward, although most of our providers are currently seeing patients both virtually and in-clinic. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns: [email protected]
