Welcometo the Adult Survivorship Program The Adult Survivorship Program aims to improve the health and quality of life for people living through and beyond a cancer diagnosis by providing clinical care, education, counseling, and by conducting innovative, patient-centered research. The program utilizes a personalized approach to follow-up cancer surveillance, prevention, management of late and long-term effects, behavior modification, and coordination of care.

Add Your Voice to the Patient-Family Advisory Council Dana-Farber's Patient and Family Advisory Councils (PFACs) strive to capture the diverse voices of our patients and their families to enhance the care experience. As a collaborative group of patients, caregivers, and family members, we meet monthly with Dana-Farber leadership to influence meaningful change. We welcome individuals from all cultural, racial, and social backgrounds, and those with various cancer diagnoses, to help us shape a more inclusive and compassionate care environment. Get involved and make a difference.
